These terms apply to quotes, bookings and travel provided by The Runway Chauffeurs. This is a template — please review and adapt it to your final business arrangements, and take professional advice where appropriate, before relying on it.
Quotes
Quotes are provided on the basis of the information you give us and are confirmed to you before your journey. A quote does not constitute a confirmed booking until we acknowledge it. Prices may vary if journey details change after a quote is given.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your request and agreed the details with you. Please check your confirmation carefully and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, timing and passenger details.
Payment

Cancellations & changes

Waiting time

Luggage & passengers
Please tell us your passenger numbers and luggage when booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle. We cannot guarantee to carry passengers or luggage beyond a vehicle’s safe and lawful capacity. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and child seat requirements should be arranged in advance.
Delays & circumstances beyond our control
We plan carefully and monitor flights where possible, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather or road closures. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
Conduct & safety
For everyone’s safety, passengers must wear seatbelts where fitted and follow reasonable requests from the driver. We reserve the right to decline or end a journey where behaviour is unsafe or unlawful.
Liability

Governing law
