Questions about airport transfers

We recommend booking as early as you can so we can confirm the right vehicle for your group — ideally at least 24 hours ahead. For busy periods, weddings and larger groups, earlier is better. Shorter-notice journeys may be possible; please call to check availability.
For airport pickups we monitor flight arrivals where the information is available, and adjust your collection time to when you actually land. Share your flight number when booking so we can keep track.
It depends on the vehicle and the size of your group. When you request a quote, tell us how many cases and bags you have — including any bulky items such as golf clubs, prams or sports gear — and we will recommend a vehicle with room to spare.
Please tell us the ages of any children when you book and we will discuss suitable child seat arrangements with you. Requesting these in advance helps us prepare the right vehicle.
Yes. You can arrange both legs of your trip at the same time, including airport and cruise return pickups. Just let us know your return details when you request a quote.
Any waiting arrangements are agreed in advance and made clear in your quote, so there are no surprises. For airport collections we build in reasonable time for you to clear the terminal.
